「We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel . The suite is big and comfortable with fire pit outside the room and fire place inside. The kids get to do shoots and we used the outdoor jacuzzi at late night really enjoyed this place and recommend hundred percent to come back to Christmas. It was difficult to get dinner reservation at the restaurant in the town. The receptionist was really nice and offered us free breakfast. Thank you so much.」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
