「The bathroom is dirty & the room smells cigarettes. When workers started working on the parking lot, there were sand all over the floor.」

「The staff was great. They assisted me with my concerns. They reimburse me, but the sheets were not clean. I asked housekeeping to clean them to change them. They didn’t. They had a shooting there two doors down for me. The police were there a little too frequent for me and the final fall was no hot water for three days but but the staff was great especially Lucky」
