“The roof was leaking in the lobby but I trust they’ll be speedy about getting it fixed and taking care of any mold there may be! The pool area was really warm and appeared to be clean but the gym could use some work. The equipment is outdated and there’s only 1 bike and 1 treadmill.”

“There was a really bad smell, I’m assuming the carpet throughout the entire building. The towels were really dingy & dirty looking & I guess they were supposed to bed clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I won’t ever go back.”

“Looking for a large property in the Central City area, we were delighted with The Guest House - beautiful, quiet and serene. Rosemary is a wonderful host and provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Even my 3 young-adult grandsons thought the property was "way cool"! We had traveled there for my mother's funeral; and afterwards it was such a relief to kick back "at home". Thank you, Rosemary. “We stayed at this cute cabin for a family/friend concert trip. The cabin has such charm to it. It is in a beautiful, quiet location. There is a "bridge" that some of the group wasn't quite sure they wanted to go over due to the high water... but my husband zipped right over in our Yukon. You are down in a valley and right next to the river, so a little wet and soggy (bring bug spray) but we sat out and enjoyed our evening in the side yard. The morning, we had coffee and enjoyed the porch and……

Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The cabins were easily accessible and very clean. Alex made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. And he made it known to reach out if we needed anything and was very quick at responding to……
