"Our 32nd floor room in the Executive Tower was elegant and dead quiet. The bed was super-comfortable and the Diptyque toiletries were a real luxury (although the bathrobes are not made for well-fed bodies!). Already centrally located in Myeongdong, the ability to visit the impressive Lotte department store Food Hall without stepping outside was a bonus on rainy days, or when we just wanted some fresh fruit for our room. Service throughout the hotel complex was impeccable. Seoul is a massive city with many hotels to choose from, but if you don't want to stay in a traditional hanok house, I would highly recommend the Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower!"

"We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. When we finally got the new room, the fridge was wobbly & had a hard time using it. The bathroom sink & tub had some rust around the faucets & the ceiling ventilation cover didn’t fully close. Overall the room was beautiful but I could see that it needed a bit up-keeping… "
