"Incredible hotel, perfect location, the front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with my luggage transfer to Kyoto as well as shipping a lost item to me at my next destination. The laundry facility was super convenient for my long trip, too. I have already booked another stay here for my next trip in Tokyo. "

"For the location, all day place shibuya was great. Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location). Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine. Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process. "

"We had a great view of Tokyo! The hotel is right next door to Shinagawa station so accessing all of Tokyo and Japan was so convenient with our JR Pass. The breakfast buffet was very busy but never ran out of food and the staff were amazing. We didn’t explore the hotel much but there is a lot to do without leaving the hotel, numerous restaurants, dolphin show, bakery, etc. etc. It’s was a great base for all our travels and we’d highly recommend staying here! "
