哈薩克泳池酒店

「The room is standard, but the service is good. Excellent breakfast also.」

「Would be good to offer local spring water (not Italian Aqua Panna) for those who do not like taste of the bottled filter water.」

「I chose this stay based on posted desciption and filters on Hotels.com. I was looking for a local stay-cation with a pool. The name of the hotel does not include the words "& Spa". The pool featured in their photos belongs to another business -- which costs $20/hour with no discounts for hotel guests. I immediately checked out.」

「Excellent hotel and very convenient」

「호텔스닷컴과 계약이 끝나서 어플로 한 예약은 무효이며 현금 결제만 가능하다고 안내 받음. 」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「Very friendly and polite staff. Great breakfast. Sauna and poolhelps alot with dry continental climate.」
