「This was a very cute condo! Not too gard to find. Beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean ( cleaner than any other rental property I have stayed at (Im a housecleaner)). The building was very quiet. They had snacks for us and provided all cooking stuff needed, full fridge and freezer, a/c works great, plenty of lighting. 「The Townhouse is very pretty, newly renovated, and spacious. The views of the lake and sunsets through the large windows overlooking and deck overlooking the lake are beautiful. Very conveniently located to Weirs Beach and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and beach areas also very nice and a quick walk. My only negative is that no linens are provided at all. No dishtowels, bathroom towels, face cloths, sheets, blankets, etc. It is a lot to pack, and I have never had to bring all of my own...

The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!」

「Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.」

Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back」

「I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay. 」
