「The staff during our entire stay were helpful, professional and kind. The property was well maintained and the staff cleaning our room each day did an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the area around the pool near the chairs was at times filthy. There were numerous cigarette butts that were on the ground in the same place for our entire stay. That would not deter us from coming back to the property again. We love Holiday Inn and Suites Clearwater.」

「Very beautiful property, very clean rooms and large rooms. Water bottles in the room, nice floors in the room…no carpeting, which I like. Pool area was clean but small. Coffee and a few snacks in the lobby in the morning. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.」
