Perfect for keystone skiing

We’ve stayed in this building before, and it’s one of the few IDEAL spots for keystone skiing. Most condos in River Run are good. This one is GREAT. It’s big, is nice. Is true ski in and out. Parking is good.

From the convenience of the 7 minute walk to the Gondola, to the short 5 minute walk to the amenities such as hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool, and treadmill, to the place having a bathroom & shower in almost all of the rooms (Master bedrooms get a DOUBLE HEADED SHOWER WITH STEAM ACCESS WOW!!!), to having a grand double door entrance when you come home, and of course shout out to the SCMR team being very prompt & responsive to all of our additional needs. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this place for large families and/or group gatherings. It is better than a home away from home... Timbers 3082, thank you for a phenomenal experience.

We came in February with a large family, ages ranging from three months to 68 years old. It is a ski in and ski out, which is perfect for the kids and the adults were able to easily bop in and out. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms. The condo is very spacious and clean. The hot tub and other amenities were enjoyed by all. The staff was great to work with. We had a great stay!

There are multiple beds for people to crash in, multiple bathrooms for pre wedding prep, and the location was close to walk into town! There aren’t many 5 bedroom rentals, so having this was great! A few things in the property weren’t working but the company was very responsive and I appreciated their communication. Would stay again!

First Family Ski Trip

We stayed as a family of 13 for our first ever ski trip. We had grandparents and grandchildren ranging from age 1 to 67. We chose the Timbers initially because of the size of the unit being able to accommodate us. However, once we arrived we realized it was a perfect location. We were able to ski in and ski out easily and walk even with small children to all of the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we had plenty of toilet paper and laundry detergent. The only negative to our stay was the upstairs bedroom can get a little warm, even in December. Overall I highly recommend for a family traveling to Keystone. We hope to return!

Reviewer Comments: You never know what you are going to get when booking sight unseen.I was cautiously optimistic and hopeful for a place that my wife and 4 grown kids (all with spouses) would love. This place did not disappoint!!Everyone raved about the condo. It was beautiful, well equipped, wonderfully located (true ski in / ski out, with a little push) and offered plenty of room for all. God blessed us with our first grand baby last Summer. We had plenty of room to pass her around and love on her.The last night, we used the outdoor grill and cooked steaks for everyone. It was ideal having a banquet style kitchen table where all 10 of us (and baby) had a place to sit, eat and laugh. Do know that one of the bedrooms only offered 2 twin bunk beds, but nobody minded. All in All, you could confidently book this place and be glad you did. Thank You property owners.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in the Keystone condo. The 2 level condo has plenty of room to spread out and is in good shape. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the main level. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. We especially liked the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issues were the elevator didn't work one day and the hot tub wasn't hot enough but both things got fixed in a timely fashion. There should be a sign in the lobby directing renters to all of the units. Ours was not noted until we were on the elevator so we weren't sure we were in the right building after bringing all of our things in. Other than those small issues, everything was great!

We thought we were getting a property with a pool and hot tub. When we arrived neither was in operation and management did not compensate us for this. If you are looking to have your vacation ruined, this is the perfect place.

Get location! It is a short walk to the River Run Village!

Great location and size for a family!

The condo was perfect for our large family! There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great for ski in and ski out. We have several children of differing abilities, so it made it easy for us to bring some of them in when they got tired. The hot tub and pool we’re great amenities. The managers were easy to get in contact with. We had no complaints!

Our group of 11 middle aged adults have enjoyed all of the amenities of the unit. We cook nightly and have everything needed in the kitchen. We also use the grill and hot tub/ pool area. It was in a perfect location and provided plenty of space for eleven family members. My only complaint would be the parking arrangements. They only provide one parking space per rental. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying at this property. We loved the hot tub!
