"I highly recommend staying here . From the moment we arrived it was effortless. The room was so comfortable and quiet . The amenities available in the rooms from hair dryer to steamer to bathrobes and slippers . Outside the rooms on each floor was a small kitchen area to make coffee or grab a snack. A nice treat to come back to the room from dinner to find chocolates and bottled water on your night stand . The convenience of being right across from the Train station was unmeasured! To come out of the hotel , walk across the street and not have to call an uber priceless ! We will definitely be staying here again ."

"Spotless room and the bed was extremely comfortable, but the rooms are very small and there's only very basic amenities - not even a kettle, and there's no drinks available in a communal area either. Hot drinks are chargeable for something that most hotels provide for free. Good for a one night stay for one person."

"Room is small no space to keep the luggage. No body lotion found. Found dust around door corne. The shower area is quite small. Water leaks out of the shower area due to an inadequate shower screen. There is no power outlet near the bed for charging mobile devices. Overall experience is not that bad for couple of nights not great but ok."

Alhambra Hotel

"Our 6-night stay at the Alhambra Hotel was a rollercoaster of technical issues, severe privacy violations, and conflicting customer service experiences. The Logistics & Maintenance Issues: The room space is incredibly limited. Day 1: The shower water completely shut down mid-use because the water heater reset. With no instructions in the room, we had to find staff to fix it. Day 2: The electronic door lock battery died, trapping us outside for 30 minutes until staff could manually charge and reopen it. Furthermore, despite leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, housekeeping entered and cleaned the room. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming the sign had accidentally flipped when the fix the lock after we left. The Privacy Violations: Day 3: We carefully ensured the "Do Not Disturb" sign was properly displayed, yet housekeeping ignored it again. Not only did they enter, but they completely rearranged our personal belongings without consent. Our clothes were moved from the bed to a chair, and a heavy suitcase was moved onto a shaky, unstable luggage rack. Housekeeping flipped the orientation of the suitcase, causing the wheels to hit the bathroom door every time it opened. Additionally, because the shower entirely lacks a shelf for toiletries, we had placed our body wash and shampoo on the floor. Housekeeping moved them to the top of the water heater where they were too high for me to reach. They even hid the provided room fan inside a closet drawer. Guests arran"
