"非常糟糕的体验，服务员清洁工作很不到位，房间残留着浓厚的体味，每天的免费水永远记不得送来。早餐非常简单又很单调，前台印度小哥服务一点都不热情。"

"It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!"

"You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they check us into is not clean and ended up staining the kid’s short and the food is very slow to come… so other than the location there is not much to like about this hotel… "

"Everything is good except the bathroom. The water will splash out of the shower area and the floor of the bathroom became wet. It would be better if sliding door was installed for the shower."
