「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. 「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」
