Room was nice, a few of the towels were plush, my daughter enjoyed the robe and slippers. I knew about the valet parking (and charge for that) but additional charges --amenity or destination fees ($20+) on the bill were a surprise. Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown
Hotel was nice and reception staff were great. The room was also nice. My only complaint was that I kept getting woken up from pedestrians and street noise throughout the night. I’ll ask for a room higher up next time.

Cumberland House Knoxville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Everything was great with the room and the staff. My issue was that my room faced an enormous construction site. I came in late and didn’t notice it. This morning the noise was unrelenting.
