Det var det hyggeligste sted, godt værelses, plus god placering, med god udsigt til Fuji. Værten var også hjælpsom og kørte ogs gratis til og fra stationen. Man kan også leje cykler der. Vil klart anbefalede!!

This was a great guest house for our family of 5. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hostess was lovely and always happy to help in any way that she could. At the front of the house, there is a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. There is a nice porch with a couple seats and a table so you can take in the view. The shared spaces in the guest house include a full kitchen (table, stovetop, sink, kettle, fridge), two toilet rooms, a shower room, a bathtub (that also has a shower) room, and two sinks. There is also paid laundry on site. The guesthouse itself is situated in a residential area. You can walk to several restaurants, a grocery store, and convenience stores within 10 - 20 minutes.

Our hostess was extremely helpful and a delight to meet. Excellent amenities with some toiletries and even washing powder supplied. We missed the detail re pick up ( and drop off to Fujisan station). Take the train from Kawaguchiko station to Fujisan station and then the vehicle to Guest House en. Check out local 4 hr tour with Forest Kraft Outdoors. Couldn’t recommend both Guest House en or the tour more highly. Philip A.

A nice guesthouse with an amazing caretaker

I had a wonderful time staying at this guest house. The woman who ran the place was extremely helpful and considerate and even drove me to to train station at the end of my stay. It has a great atmosphere and was perfect for my stay in Fujiyoshida.

Best host ever!

The host was incredibly helpful. She had great communication and went above and beyond to make our trip to the area great, helping us the next day so we could see some great things in the area.

Beautiful traditional guest house. We booked the ‘two bedroom suite’ as a couple traveling with a friend. Since the two rooms are Japanese style rooms, they are connected by sliding paper doors and have open wooden slats above so there is very little privacy between the two rooms. We slept on tatami mats which can be on the hard side if you’re used to western style beds. For other amenities, there was space for us to park on site, a washer and dryer (this was the only dryer we found our trip to Japan), and nice shared showers and washrooms. The kitchen was decently well equipped too. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend. Area around property is very quiet, with at minimum a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants or convenience stores. Great views of Mount Fuji can be seen from the property, or anywhere in Fujiyoshida for that matter. Host doesn't speak English, but is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean amongst other languages. She's super helpful and accommodating.

Had an amazing stay here, the hosts are very accommodating and kind, making us feel right at home. The home is cozy and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. A very peaceful area yet a bit remote as it requires a bit of a walk to reach the nearest bus stop which are a little confusing to navigate. However this is to be expected for a small town like this. It did not take away from the experience at all and actually helped us to see more of the town. If walking is an issue I would see about finding a place a bit closer to Mt. Fuji station. The hosts were kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the train station which made everything very convenient, even bringing us to the station a town over where our bus was leaving from at no extra cost. I highly recommend this stay and wouldn’t think twice about coming back. Thank you!

The staff are very accomodating and very welcoming. They picked us up from and sent us to the train station for free. They offered us ( 5 people) a ride with a ¥2000 fee to lake kawaguchi. They also offered to pick us up from the Fujikawaguchiko masjid back to the guesthouse for the same rate later that night but they did not turn up . Instead, they told us to get our own taxi as they have picked up another customer. Luckily we got a help from the masjid cafe staff who called a taxi for us. We ended paying ¥4000 to the taxi. If you are using their transportation service ( the charge is reasonable), just be sure to confirm beforehand your preferred pick up time and hopefully they will be ready by then.

Nice secluded, quiet place. Nice owner to talk to. Overall A great place to stay at. The only problem is trying to get to the property. We had a small Honda Fit and it would not fit threw the one entrance via the small street. Once we figured out how to access the property via the entrance of the other side street. Everything was much better..
