Hyatt Regency Koh Samui

"Hyatt Regency was incredible from the minute we got there. We got delicious coconut ice cream and got directed to our oceanfront villa, which was simply stunning, with a beautiful pool and stunning views. It was everything that we wanted and more. For dinner, they catered to our needs perfectly, with the lady at the Regency club, Mong being incredible with bringing us our food and making us feel at home every dinner. The breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had, with a well picked buffet with some à la carte options, including fresh coconut water in coconuts, artisan pesto breads and omelettes cooked to perfection. Not only that, but the service overall was outstanding, with the staff being very polite and our special helper Marbell being excellent in all aspects to cater to our needs. The food, not just the breakfast, was top tier, as well as the deals on the drinks with happy hour. Lastly, the pools were clean and pretty, with even a small slide for the kids. There was roasting marshmallows on the beach some nights, as well as performances on the beach grill Sesun like fire shows, which were mindblowing, and extremely convenient as they were inside the hotel. All in all, Hyatt Regency was exceptional, and we hope to come again. Would definitely be recommending to family and friends!!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is awesome. The facilities and location are great. I would highly recommend it. The one thing to think about is getting off the property for lunch and dinner. The food available in the restaurants for lunch and for dinner, while tasty, is much higher in price without being better than you can get from any number of restaurants within 30 minutes. It was good, but I would get off campus for more meals if I come back. Everything else was completely top not."

"We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!"
