Kraków Spa Hotel

"A great location. Great service. Great food and wine. Room was comfortable. Supposedly an upgrade from what I booked but I would have preferred not to be located on the first floor. The view would have been spectacular higher up had we not looked out onto the concrete roof of the lobby. Slightly dated furnishings and lumpy pillows for a 5* hotel! There is a health suite and pool but we didn't get chance to visit due to lack of time. Would stay again."

"The hotel staff were excellent in meeting all our needs including providing assistance with arrangements for mobility, dining, extra towels. The 2 Victorias provided much appreciated assistance with transport to the airport at 3 am! Breakfasts were awesome. Hotel is perfectly located near parks, trolleys and within a short walking distance to the Old Town.

"Fab hotel about 15 minutes walk from the main square. Lovely food and cocktails in the restaurant with very helpful staff. Nice room with gorgeous smelling shower products. We enjoyed the sauna, steam and

area too plus a free yoga class. Gym is small but nice. We didn’t try the breakfast. Lots of nice areas to chill including a lovely atrium. Close to the water too and a shopping mall. "

"Lovely hotel, ideal location close to shopping centre, old town, train station and tram links but still quiet. Room was a good size, loved having a separate bath and walk in shower. Fridge was also handy for milk and snacks. Didn’t use the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Husband used the sauna. Overall great stay. "

"-They organized a Wine and some nice refreshments for our honeymoon. I really appreciated that. -Breakfast was good. They have a live counter for nice omelet. -2 EV charger on site. That was very convenient. -Nice jacuzzi and sauna and hammam. We quite enjoyed that. -Room was nice and very clean. -Bathroom as also very nice and clean. -We went to the downtown with Taxi and it costed us 24 PLN. "Loved our stay for two night. About 15 mins walk from train station, and 20 mins walk to centre. The food was amazing, selection of hot, cold and cakes. The rooms were very clean! "
