"I would like to thank Mary for her outstanding service. She was the one who helped us when we arrived early in the morning. She didn't hesitate to find rooms for our early check-in, knowing that we had traveled a long way and were exhausted. Even though we checked in early, she made sure everything matched our reservation and even gave us rooms with a beautiful view. The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to everything, including coffee shops, restaurants, and other attractions, all within walking distance. We also felt very safe walking around the area at night. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional customer service we received from Mary.
