“The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. ”

“Old fashioned but still nice hotel, with dated facilities. Pool is great but very small, a bit cramped with 4-5 persons. Had a great view of the riverfront. ”

“Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. So far, for the next 4 days, everything seems good, BUT..till the last 2 days, i again suddenly find 4-5ants on my bed blanket again.. To be honest, as a customer, "Tidness" should put the……

“Very old building ”

“Endroit exceptionnel avec un concept original de tube en béton mais qui s’intègrent parfaitement à la nature. Équipe adorable et réactive ainsi que le manager (qui est également celui du Theatre à Kuching, où nous avons séjourné). Tout est réfléchi pour passer 1 séjour idéal, bon restaurant, 2 piscines, une multitude de coins « détente », une bibliothèque et même 1 salle de prière. Vraiment rien a redire tout était parfait.”

“Room condition pretty worn out everywhere, smelly toilet, not even spare toilet rolls were in place, bottles of water were ordered from front desk but never shown up, noisy A/C fan, etc. 😔😔”
