“Positives: The property was beautiful, staff were always available if something was needed and were very helpful in coordinating airport pickup and dropoff. The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. “The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”
