「Everything about this hotel is adorable and amazing. The decor is amazing, beds and linens very comfortable, very very adorable. However, we stayed in the Aguacate room and it is next to the entrance. When we realized this during check in - we asked to be changed rooms and they didn’t allow us, even if there was several rooms open at the same rate. This is my one and only thing and that maybe in the description the should list this? Other than that 10/10- great value at a great hotel.」

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Made our whole trip experience even better. We felt very safe. They even offered to help us with booking activities. 「We had a wonderful stay at Frida Boutique Stays by Viadora! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was great, and the added security guard and gated entrance helped us feel very safe throughout our stay. The property is located in a more residential area, so there isn’t a large amount of shopping or nightlife immediately nearby, but there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the neighborhood. We stayed in a fourth floor “suite”…totally worth it. Not really that much more than the other rooms.
