「There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay! Thank you Reynaldo and the entire Tifakara team!」

「This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a cooktop as well as the basics you need to make meals if you choose to cook. The washer and dryer were very convenient.
