“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“I had a very spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and shower. It was a cold weekend and I was able to turn the radiator on which heated up the room quickly. There is a healthy breakfast with unlimited fruit, hot offerings and tea, coffee, juice, pastries. The hotel is on the sea- front and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier and is on bus- routes. The staff are very professional and polite. I’d stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. ”

“Breakfast was good however we prefer omelette which they donot serve. Also being vegetarian only had toast and beans as options with fresh fruits and cereals. Staff in reception and other area very friendly. However restaurants little reserved. ”
