“Stay was great, with the exception of customer service which was left much to be desired. We arrived late due to a highway accident and receptionist didn’t communicate anything at all, with the exception of the “can I see your ID.” Did the whole check in without ever making face contact. ”

“Property had been closed for two weeks due to a storm. We were the only guests in house. The facility was sparkling clean, and the staff were great. The only downside was that because they only reopened 2 hours before we arrived, the pool did not have time to reheat, there was no fruit, milk or yogurt for the breakfast bar and both the internet and the elevator were still out and needing to be reset. None of this really impacted our stay though. We would gladly stay there again. The price……

“Room smelled very musty, like maybe it’s a water leak issue. Sink didn’t have a rubber insert and you could see strait down into the sink drain. Linens were clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and stocked with shampoo etc. Overall it was ok. 2.5 out of 5 stars. ”
