「This is a 250 year-old plantation with updated cottages spread throughout over the property. If you like a natural and lush environment, you will be VERY happy here. Proximity to the sites of St. Lucia are perfect, considering most of them are in the Soufriere area. This is just south of town in the edge of the rainforest. 「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
