“We routinely visit the area for bi-annual, medical treatment and this location is convenient for many restaurants close enough to walk to. Gated parking, right off the water. Spacious, roomy, and quite. The check in process is intimidating at first, but the owners give an easy to follow, step-by-step process that is easy to master. Our second stay, we will be renting from them again.”

“I make frequent trips to the area for wildlife photography, this one for the Biggest Week. I have stayed at a variety of VRBOs located at the Green Cove Resort. This has been the best and most cleanly one yet. Check in is easy and the hosts have provided everything you could need from snacks and bottled water to keurig coffees, condiments, board games and more. Will definitely return for future trips if available!”

“We booked this condo for our yearly Memorial Day weekend getaway with friends. We couldn’t have needed anything as the condo was fully stocked with all the amenities! “We accepted the fact that we booked this condo with nothing to do on this island. This particular condo was janky. The overall layout and view at this building is great. I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay here too. The entire space smelled like undiluted cleaner when we walked in. But oddly, nothing was clean. We tried to air it out, but there were holes all over the screen to the balcony. So it was bugs all night or the smell. The towels reeked; like they were washed without soap and left in……

“This was the perfect location for hosting a bachelorette party. Close to town but still semi-included. Host was great and notified us once the place was ready prior to check-in time and also allowed us to keep our car at the home a few hours after check out.
