「房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。」

「Windsor Palms was recommended to us from my son's college Baseball team for their spring trip, as their team stayed there as well. We found Valentina's Condo on Vrbo and thought it was adorable. Pictures were spot on and the complex was great! Adorable Club House and pool area. Great location as well. Would definitely consider visiting again.」

「Great place to stay for WDW! The condo was clean, roomy, and safe. The community had nice amenities--sport court, tennis courts, great heated pool. Owners were very quick to respond to questions and everything was as presented in listing. All WDW parks were about a 20 minute, easy drive and the traffic wasn't bad (in January). We would gladly stay here again!」

「Would 1000 times over stay here than in a hotel!! The location to everything is ideal. You are not in the middle of all the traffic and lime light of tourism but still close enough of a short drive. You have all the convenience unlike a cramped hotel room. The property felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again. 」
