"The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned."

"We stayed 5 days and did not receive any new towels or service to the room. Someone used a key and walked into our room at 7:28am and i was like who are you and they left. We checked out and then received a call hours later askingvus when we were going to leave and if we needed more time. I reminded them we already checked out. Someone had entered our room and was using it when we left! So be aware of that. Everything else was great."

"Overall Cottage was clean, few hair strands were left around bathroom and living room but we used additional cleaning products to clean up the overlook. Front Desk staff was friendly and attentive. H20 waterpark did not have full amenities available but we made the best of what was available."

"Loved that we had a top floor, the views were nice and the screened porch. Sadly there was a lot of dead foliage at the resort from recent freeze. Not the resorts fault, but I image it would have been more beautiful. The grounds were very nice otherwise. Time will likely allow for regrowth or replacement. I appreciated that the staff were around, but not intrusive to the stay. Available if you needed them, otherwise just a presence. Small wish, that there was a small bar of soap or container of hand soap by the bathroom sinks. I didn’t have any and so I used the shower gel, in another toilet space- just a small inconvenience that could probably be easily remedied. I should have asked, but didn’t. It was nice to have provided laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap. Went home with clean clothes. The resort was lively, had good amenities, but not overcrowded, which was nice. Music at pools was a good mix. Overall very nice place for the value. "

"The room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Shuttle times are very limited for Disney park but it is so close that if you decide to Uber it’s inexpensive. There are many places to eat around the hotel that are a 5-7 minute walk. Walmart is also nearby, about à 15 minute walk. The area is overall safe if you do decide to walk to places around the hotel. I am very happy I chose this location. The souvenir store next to the hotel had many affordable options, I recommend shopping there if you’re looking for souvenirs on a budget. "

"We chose this resort because it was dog friendly and had plenty of amenities. It did not disappoint. There is plenty to do without leaving the resort. The building we were in was a little old but close to a pool so that was ok. We wish the mini golf stayed open later. Overall loved it and would stay again. "
