「Love that there was a private as well as a community pool」

「We were only in town one night and wish it could have been longer. The suite is amazing. Beautiful decor and very inviting. There were 4 of us. 3 adult and one child. The two rooms with two bathrooms provided us with comfort and privacy. My grandson loved the activity center and we all enjoyed playing the 18 hole miniature golf. Beds were comfortable too! We would highly recommend for a night or a week!」

「What can I say.. The first property I have ever booked that looked exactly like the pictures. the property was clean, pool was clean, the beds was comfortable, the kitchen had all modern day appliances, dishes was clean.. the host Maria responded almost right away I remarked maybe she has her computer or phone in her hands just waiting lol. I will definitely stay at this property again. the house accommodated everyone in my party of 8. No complaints.」

「Very clean. I got the one with one bedroom, kitchen and living room area, and it was spacious enough for 6 of us. King size bed with hot tub and 2 full size sofa beds. The area has a beautiful view to wall around and take pictures. The pool was ok」

「We love this place. This is the second time staying here. Theres grocery stores and food options near by. A few within walking distance. I would recommend a car though to get around better. We enjoyed the pool and arcade. The home was extremely comfortable! 」

「This home is better than the photos! Beautiful, well kept, clean and every kids dream. We had a wonderful time in the pool and splash area. They have so many things you forgot you even needed from appliances to child care items. I would recommend and definitely rent again. 」

「Overall a great stay. Other people are loud at night in upstairs condos but that’s to be expected. The pool area was great. The store on property was very helpful and well priced. They also have good pizza. My only complaint would be no storage in kids room. We had 4 kids with no place to put clothes. 」

「Great location and beautiful property. Lots of room for our family of 15. It was so convenient to have cribs, high chair, beach toys and towels provided. Would highly recommend!」

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "

"房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。"
