「Love that there was a private as well as a community pool」

「Parking area was great right outside our first floor room. Stsfd was supwr friesnly and helpful since we had added a night the day before check in and it hadn't nt updated on their end, they quockly looked it ip amd confrimed and got us checked in! Will definitely stay again! 」

「Great property, this was our third time stay here we had an excellent time. Stuff is friendly, our was very clean. We did have some noisy neighbors upstairs, their kid was running back and fourth in the home so next time i will request a up apartment instead of down stairs. 」

「Everything we needed was provided, right down to measuring cups in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly. The AC stopped working but someone was there within an hour to fix it! 」

「This past week was like a page out of a Disney book (The Happily Ever After kind) We are a family of 11, and this was the most well organized, Thought out rental I’ve had the pleasure of renting. The Theater room was a huge hit with the boys, especially all the costumes which EVERYONE ENJOYED! My favorite memory would have to be, when my daughter got up out HER princesse room and dragged her father in to pick out HIS dress and tiara!!! Core memory’s were definitely made and the custom creativity...

「34 of us stayed for a week. Great location- easy to from airport. Lots to do on the resort property, wonderful restaurants on premises two houses each with pool and spa. Great water park on premises and a large beach volleyball area. Would highly recommend 」

「We had a fantastic stay at Franks place. Its absolutely perfect for familys. A really spacious property with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy with lots of towels. The beach towels ready to be used were a great addition.Perfectly located, extremely close to Disney and the 192 which has lots of restaurants, giftshops and supermarkets. We would all 100% stay here again.」

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "

"房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。"
