“Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving ”

“Breakfast was little late if I’m Honest so didn’t eat there but food was fantastic.. banging shower and room very tidy.. would stay again plenty of parking and free.”

“Getting into car park when coming from town centre could be better signposted. Room was fine, minor lighting issues, having a fan was good as very muggy.”

“The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near……

“Staff support none existent despite numerous messages sent before stay. Also had so many mails for check in for different rooms. Not exactly or professional ”

“Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do……

“Friendly staff, nicely decorated clean rooms. Good choice of breakfast. Nice hotel, close to racecourse and not far in an Uber to train station to explore further afield. Will stay again 👍”

“The price is very accessible, but the walls are super thin, the water pressure from the shower was terrible, and a lot of very loud guests late into the night.”

“dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken”

“Nice hotel but could do with be updated as looking very old now, staff are always polite and very helpful.”

“La casa è adatta a ospitare non più di 10 persone, noi eravamo in 12 e, nonostante gli sforzi apprezzabili della proprietaria Cassie che si è dimostrata gentilissima, abbiamo dovuto affittare una seconda sistemazione. Per il resto, la casa è vicina ad Anfield e per il nostro scopo (addio al celibato con 12 ragazzi sui 35 anni) si è dimostrata più che adatta. Non consigliabile per soggiorni lunghi o per famiglie.”

“On our original room that we had booked , our door wouldn't lock , we had a heplful man who didn't work at the property change us too a room , however this wasn't clean. The toilet had stains on and the sheets had bugs on. Overall disappointed with or stay”
