“Lana and Morgan are incredible hosts and made certain that our stay was relaxing and stress free. The space is bright and airy, stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With the wall of south facing windows, the room can get warm in the heat of the day, but with the curtains closed to mitigate the direct sunlight, the portable evaporative cooling ac unit was more than enough to keep us comfortable while relaxing on the couch in the afternoon. Furthermore, the two outdoor spaces……

“Perfect location 1.5 blocks from center of town.Spacious, clean, beautiful loft with every amenity I could think of.”

“Nice property for 2 guests wanting their own space. Really comfortable beds.”

“The space was in a very central location in Estes Park and was walkable to so many places/things. It was clean with a well-designed layout to maximize the smaller space. I never noticed any outside noise despite being close to the heart of the town. The view from the balcony was really lovely, and it was nice to have comfortable rocking Adirondack chairs our there. The host was very communicative and available. I would absolutely recommend this space to my friends and family, and I will be……

“Great little basement apartment with everything you could need, well maintained & very clean. Super friendly host and very accommodating.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”

“Great spot for a family and so close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. Relaxing balcony with great views and river access. Well stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Fun games for winding down after a day of hiking. Only complaint- towels smelled weird.”

“Room was clean and bed comfy. Very small No vanity in the bedroom so had to brush teeth and shave in kitchen sink. Almost zero water pressure. Had to keep window shades close because people could see in. We booked late so paid a premium for a very basic, dated, minimalist cabin.”

“Room was small but very cozy, clean and it had everything we needed for our week stay. Check in and check out was super easy. Location is very convenient between downtown Estes Park and RMNP.”
