“Place was clean, easy to locate just off of one of Arvada/Westminsters main drags, Sheridan making access east to the Interstates. Close to shopping. We picked this particular place due to it being about 5 minutes from relatives. Cheaper and way more comfortable/convenient than a hotel. Will stay here again! ”

“Wasn’t the best stay, if I’m being honest. They had all of the vents closed when we arrived, and since it was in the high 90’s that weekend, the place was very hot. We opened the vents but it didn’t cool down until the evening. Also - I don’t think it was falsely advertised - but you’re definitely sharing a house with other people. It’s simply a bed in a basement, with a locked door at the top of the stairs. We could hear every step from the people upstairs. During our second night, whoever was……

“There is easy access to the facilities, were very clean and functional a nice size studio apartment type facility completely fenced in backyard so I could just let the pet friendly,my dogs, out and not have to worry about them”
