“The towels were washed very clean”

“Stay was great. Staff was amazing especially Aspen very helpful. Only complaint is that its a little rediculous that you have to pay for parking.”

“The air conditioner had a loud rattle to it that made it difficult to sleep. We thought we could ignore it, but it became more annoying as the night went on. Be warned, there are no elevators. You'll have to carry your bags up flights of stairs.”

“The first room looked like someone had just slept in the bed. The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub, not cleaned, hair on the counter, the towels were still wet and so was the bathmat. The second room was even worse: bloody towels were in the fridge. Blood was on the towels that were hung up in the bathroom. Blood on the bedding, holes in the wall. electrical plugs were not safe for us having a 2 year old. The handrail in the shower was missing. And when returning to the front counter a third……

“Man on check in seemed very disinterested. No information given about WiFi, pool or breakfast. Consequently we didn't have breakfast as no info was given, only saw the breakfast room when checking out. Internet not working. Couldn't be bothered to supply password or login name. Only when speaking to an American guest did she make us aware she had access and told him to give us password, but still no access provided. Room was ok. Sheets not ironed, looked as if someone had already slept in the……

“Nicely remodeled and upgraded rooms. Single level. Staff was helpful. Seemed like lots of rules about towels, etc. also, perhaps a little too much odor from heavy cleaners, like fabuloso or odor killing stuff. I don’t know why as the room seemed to be fairly new remodel and no odor from construction type materials, just this heavy cleaners, deodorizer type smell. Got over it and we enjoyed the stay. Has refrigerator and microwave so, you could store a little food or leftovers and reheat.”

“The carpets were filthy, the hotel was loud and there were transient people hanging out all around the building, it felt very unsafe and we checked out a day early. We are hoping they will refund the last night that we did not stay since it was so bad.”

“The property is visibly clean but there is definitely an unpleasant smell throughout. The common areas smell like weed and air freshener and our room smelled like a wet dog. Not terrible but not great.”
