“We’ve been staying here for over 20 years and it’s my favorite place to be in the Florida Keys. We always feel at home the owner of the place she’s amazing always looking to give a helping hand. He tries to accommodate you as fast as possible. It has a boat slip in the back. The kayak use is free. You’re literally minutes from the 7 mile bridge. The pool is always warm on my behalf and my family. It is always a pleasure staying here. Thank you Kingsail for everything you do.”

“My husband and I stayed for 5 nights (in Room 7) in late June. We really loved the resort and Marathon. It is as pictured, charming and well kept. Very old Florida. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats. The room (#7) itself had a great ocean view, small patio, good bed, big closet and location (right by the pool). A/C excellent! The kitchenette in the room (full size fridge, toaster, microwave, some plates and……

“Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's……

“We stayed in room 1 by the office, I loved the little porch in the front and the back area. However, the bed is too small for 2 people to sleep in and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. We didn’t use the amenities since we only stayed one night but all in all, it was pretty good for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice with check in and check out.”
