“Gorgeous house - clean, beautiful decor, amazing views, well stocked with everything we needed including fishing poles & beach towels. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Our family also enjoyed fishing and playing ping pong. Grocery store & restaurants within 5-10 minutes of house. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was very responsive. Our teenagers even commented that this was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. I would rent……

“Overall the property is cute! Great location and cute games in the communal area. Cute modern and clean! My only recommendations are if there is a family of 4 staying especially with teen girls make sure there are more towels. One towel per person for a week is not ideal. I also recommend providing a new kitchen sponge for new guests, ours had hair and it was previously used. Listing also didn’t not indicate in unit 5 that the bedrooms are separated by a wall and not completely closed off……

“Very clean, neat, had all I needed. I was there for a three day conference, so I ate out mostly, but there was a mini fridge to store my leftovers and a toaster oven and microwave to heat them up. I brought my own coffee and filters, but that was available if I had not. Highly recommended, especially if you have business on or near the Daniels Parkway area.”

“The property is amazing, there is much to do in the home. We enjoyed the pool right on the water, kayaks, and paddle boards. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and hosts were communicative. If your plan is to hit the beach, that was the only downfall. I read on the description the distance of beaches but also read some close beaches which there are not, the closest access is about 45 minutes away. ”
