“I absolutely love what they’ve done with this place. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, back when it was owned by other companies, and it has always felt safe and quiet. If you asked younger me, I’d say the food and bar used to be better, but I wouldn’t trade that for the massive upgrade they’ve done to the rooms. “The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. “We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. The beach is an added perk, you do have to make reservations in advance specially during peak season. The rooms at impeccably clean, the amenities well maintained and the water park is very nice too. We love to spend the night at the Mangroves bar, the drinks are well made and the service superb. We ate at the pool a few times and service is also great. Next time we plan to eat at……

“Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor. “South Seas is back! The staff is incredible as always. The units were clean, modern and updated. Amenities were beautiful and convenient. 5 star dining options at Harborside Restaurant. World class shelling just right outside on the beach or nearby on Sanibel Island. Will be back next year as always with the family. ”

“I absolutely loved everything about this property! It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer in the room….which is essential when it’s brutally hot outside and you go through every outfit you brought. “Tween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! The pool area was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!! We found the most beautiful shells on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!! Definitely 10/10!!”

“We stayed in the "condo like" room by the pool. It had a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The furniture was very comfortable, and the room was clean. It was a little warm when we arrived, but cooled off quickly. There is an ac unit in the bedroom as well as the living area. There was a dehumidifier provided that kept the room extra comfortable. We opted to not have room service during our four day stay, so we had the empty the dehumidifier ourselves. There was never too much……
