“What an unexpected treasure! The Mantissa is a beautiful property, ideally located in quaint downtown Hartsville close to shopping and dining. Great area to walk, or enjoy the YMCA across the street. The rooms are huge, but comfortable and well appointed. Worth going a bit out of your way!”
