“Initially gave us a smoking room, had an opened condom packet, with broken fake nails in the drawer, and blood stains on the bed and pillows. My husband contacted the staff manager to come look at the room personally and they gave us another room that was non smoking instead, since I’m pregnant and we don’t smoke at all. After one night in the room someone down the sidewalk took a crap on the sidewalk and they never cleaned it up. It sat out in the heat for 2 days. It was disgusting. “Hotel was listed as having an indoor and outdoor pool but no pool on the property. To be branded as a Hilton hotel I expected cleaner and more amenities. This hotel was previously something else about a year ago. It seems the only thing that did change was the name. I does not represent the Hilton brand well.”
