“The Evolve Management team advised us that our request for one additional night on our reservation for our stay could “certainly be extended.” However, they did not follow the proper procedure in their system and we were consequently double booked for our final night. The owner of the property communicated that this has happened previously. Beware if you need to make modifications to your booking. ”

“It was dark when we arrived, there were people out on the street, loud, carrying on and we could smell marijuana real strong. There were horns honking and loud voices outside that we did not feel safe. The steps were soft, lacking paint, the inside doors were dirty, which made us wonder what else was dirty. The soap was watered down, mostly water. We did not feel safe and I sat on the sofa all night, we left in the morning loosing our money for the next three nights. Horrible situation. No……

“Yes, the property was really nice. We reached out to the property owner to let him know about the roaches and sinks not stopping up in the bathrooms. The owner thanked us for letting them know about the bathroom sinks not stopping up. He did not respond to us advising we had bugs/roaches. We also washed towels and the washer leaked. ”
