There is no reception (noted on the website) but when we communicated when we were to get our access codes (on 2 separate occasions) no response. Eventually we only got an apparent automated message on the day we arrived , with no personnel reply to our messages ( were they even read? ). The small studio was accessed by a closed corridor (secured by a passcode) which had a stale damp smell...

Solo con un detalle para el acceso, ya que nos mandaron un correo solamente al registrado en la reserva, no al del usuario de hoteles.com y el no vió el correo antes de la llegada. La llegada es autónoma y depende de codigos de acceso, por lo que debes de estar atento y tener estos datos a la mano antes de su llegada.
