“Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”

“Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped.
We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. ”

“Have stayed at this amazing place before - a little further out than we wanted - but the price was worth it! Had a quiet 'basement room' for 2 nights. It was very clean and pleasant throughout and still had a window view to the ground level, which we weren't expecting. Warm, cosy and comfortable , plenty of plugs, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. Shower piping hot with plenty of complimentary products, clean towels and comfy bed. We tried the buffet breakfast for 1 morning - Set out……
