I didn’t use any of the amenities because of being so tired I slept late and didn’t make it down for breakfast. Missing breakfast was fine because I enjoyed sleeping late. “Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom. There were questionable stains on the linen and towels despite smelling clean. I didn’t expect 5 star hotel accommodations but I expected at……

“The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area.”
