“it is really nice hotel, staff are nice, food also good.”

“Rooms are in a good location near to bars and restaurants and the picturesque riverside. The pub itself is friendly and good value with a good selection of real ales. There is a quiz night on a Thursday. We considered the room itself was reasonable value for money and although it has all facilities needed, it could do with updating, especially the shower room, which is small.”

“I had a REALLY great time in this hotel. Everything was so perfect. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed and pillow were soft, the service had nothing to be criticize, and most importantly, it was not pricy at all. I was surprised and enjoyed my stay so much! I will definitely stay here again next time when I come to Lincoln!”

“The title really sums up this hotel. There was nothing either outstandingly good or outstandingly bad about this hotel. Everything was 'OK.' The location is nothing special. The room was completely standard, as was the food. Nothing stood out. I didn't try the pool/gym - I expect they were OK too.”

“Don’t book this hotel, it’s closed down, dirty, unkept and nobody on site. ”

“Good situation overlooking the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good though breakfast coffee too weak. Only problem is lack of lifts. I have arthritis and walk with a stick and getting up several flights of stairs with a heavy case was not easy.”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”
