“The art shows are always fresh and well presented. The staff are extremely helpful from the front desk to house cleaning they continually aim to please. This is our go to place whenever we’re in the DTPHX area. ”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“It was a decent place to stay. The toilet paper holder, shower head, shower curtain rod were all hanging off. Seems like a little TLC would go a long way. Also, the AC never got cold which in AZ kinda stinks. But again, it was decent.”

Room was well maintained and clean so I felt as if I needed to leave it that way as well when I checked out, lol Everyone was also very respectful, from the people staying there, to housekeeping & everyone else in between. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay for the evening that is clean, respectful, safe and very close to shopping/restaurants.
