Easy access but the room is small and dirty

Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

Friendly staff. Our room was rather hot. I should have asked the desk for a fan or to see if there was a way to turn down the heat. And the bathroom/toilet had a sewer smell. We kept the door shut. Our room was super clean with nice amenities.

The staff were friendly and my room was always clean! It’s also at a fantastic location. It’s just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not included like I thought it was. It seemed like it was for some people, but I had trouble finding information about it on their website.

Room neglected (badly peeling desk, broken & missing drawer), window frame, silicone and architrave in bathroom barely being held together with stains on the mirror. Skirting & floor beading in poor condition, with raised screw-heads on floorbar between bathroom and main room. Room heating on full blast, no way to turn down, had to open window allowing a lot of street noise in - supplied plug in fan, but not cooling just moves hot air around. Bedding grubby/dusty awoke with x2 bites/welts on my face. X2 completely different single mattresses on bed (despite being a double), uncomfortable seem between each: one mattress rock hard the other very soft. Hand basin blocked & unpleasant smell. After boiling kettle, water came out a strange milky colour, despite running clear from tap initially. Very difficult lugging heavy suitcases up and down steep entrance steps.

The shower did not have hot water. After asking the hotel staff to take a look, they were not able to fix it and said they would have building maintenance look at it, however, it still could not be fixed, and we received no follow-up or explanation.

It’s tough to make this one. I had a single room which was very very small and made me feel so uncomfortable and claustrophobic. That’s on me. Never again! The rooms wasn’t as small as shown but it what it is. The sink was clocked. Unfortunately the room was right next to the elevator for me to hear everyone at anytime and plus the windows was out to the streets and it was very sounded. The kind people who worked there was kindly enough to give me the manager room as the room was giving me horrible anxiety. The room was great but was still very worn out and dusty many places. I would recommend it for an overstay but unfortunately not for longer term or if you’re travelling with any luggage.

This hotel is beautiful and the place to be for Christmas drinks! I loved seeing everyone all dressed up at the Palm court! The room was spacious and luxurious offering two types of pillows for for comfort! We also visited the spa while there which was extremely nice and relaxing! Highly recommend.

Das Zimmer 105 mit 2 Einzelbetten war soweit ok.Es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und es gab auch täglich frische Handtücher. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl ausreichend.

The room was very small and needed updating. The price of room varies by date and some days was overpriced. There were couple of days where there wasn’t much hot water in the shower. The best part of the hotel is the location. The train station, bus stop and restaurants are close by.

Short one night stay. Front counter was very welcoming and very helpful!! Helped get us going where we needed to and very helpful by keeping our bags for a few hours while we saw the city befor our plane left. I would stay there again. We had a good stay!
