I didn’t stay it was stinky and filthy in the room!! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and was told they wouldn’t give the money back even tho we didn’t stay immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the room. The lobby is immaculate but the carpets in the rooms needs to be removed it has trapped the scent giving off a mold like smell.

Great Location, Wonderful layout and good level of customer service. However, I found stains galore in the room and on the towels. The shower fittings were hanging off the wall, when notified the staff member said he would check it out but when I returned it was pretty much the same. Barely any sleep due to neighbouring rooms being loud until early hours and doors slamming shut. The key card for the room only ever worked on the 3rd time of trying. Great Air Conditioning unit however 👍

The first one, whose name is Koman, is a wonderful, polite, cooperative, and ethical person, one of the great friends.
