"Very awesome hotel. Staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Housekeeping staff were extremely attentive. I would gladly stay there again."

"AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken. The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."

"Room is a bit confusing and outdated. You need to flip the breaker to use anything upon arrival. I kept turning all the lights switches with no results until i figured out the breaker switch. Also, they have a good selection for breakfast but the scrambled eggs are only half cooked. Not sure if thats a london thing or just bad luck on my part. Overall, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus the view from your room is awesome!"

"Good apartment in a quiet business neighborhood on the weekend. Easy access to Metro and for walking to The Tower of London or walk along the River to The London Eye/Big Ben."

"Nice hotel and spacious room but we booked a double room thinking it was two beds and it’s one double bed and one pullout sofa. The pullout sofa mattress was too thin and uncomfortable."

"My first room was windowless and in the basement, which I might have tolerated except there were strong cooking smells from the hotel kitchen that crept into the room. The always-helpful staff moved me up the the sixth floor. From there on out the room was Premier Inn's usual high quality. Unfortunately, I found that the pay-in breakfast offering has declined a lot in the last two years. It's getting very limited, often cold and the breakfast room is very crowded."
