“Communication is very easy apartment was very cutely, decorated and clean. It was a great location with a great Italian restaurant downstairs.”

“DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them. The toilet barely flushed, and they don’t even bother to change the battery in the smoke alarm, which was beeping for three days. The……

“The property is as listed. Clean, well located for our needs. I would like to have had the arrival information earlier-we got key codes same day as check-in. Host is very responsive to outreach and handled a problem with key code lock right away. Annoying barking small dog somewhere in the building (?) not the fault of host. We intend to stay here again so that says more than anything else.”

“We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. ”

“For paying 350 a day in average including fees is not worthy for this property at all. Two things are the worst among all weaknesses of an old property: the host is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. When you have needs he doesn’t want to help, he simply kicks you out without thinking clients position. The second point is there is only hot water in the morning and evening according to him. The description of property allows three people to sleep, it is true only when only one person showers……

“This property is ideal for active families on the go. It is equipped, comfortable beds, full kitchen free parking and allows pets for a fee. Nice neighborhood with a dog park within a 2 minute walk, lots of great food within a 10 minute drive in any direction and close to NYC. Thanks!!!”

“Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”
