「We stayed in the Nantucket, and it was everything we hoped for and more. A cozy, spotless, stylish little cottage all to ourselves, sitting steps away from the water. We spent mornings and evenings on the porch watching the boats and wildlife in a serene and quiet setting, but restaurants and shopping downtown were just a minute away by car. There was music playing and complimentary wine waiting for us when we opened the door-such a welcoming touch after traveling all day. We just can't say...

「After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. 」

「DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!」

「AWFUL. Pics out of date. Property NOT as described. Dirty and disheveled. Did not receive room I paid extra for. No water in. “Hot tub”. Hosts entered my locked room when I was gone and moved my belongings to a room without a lock. Then accused me of stealing their key when I left it in the lockbox I originally took it from upon arrival. 」
