「Great property that’s super close to the UT facilities and campus! Very contemporary design and super comfortable space. The home was very clean and superior in price and design from any hotel room I found! WiFi was simple to use - coffee maker with supplies convenient - washer and dryer right in the home! I highly recommend this property and if back in Knoxville will check its availability.」

「The location was lovely. The cabin was small but adequate although the shower under the stairs was way too low. Not recommended if you’re over 5’3”! Got invaded by ants and was promised pest control visit which didn’t seem to happen. We did get a next day delivery of some essentials that were insufficient for a week long stay including ant traps which helped. Had issues with the keypad lock but the property manager helped us with a work around after several phone calls to the “emergency...
