「The hotel was very nice and the staff were very polite and accommodating. We ate at the bar and the food was great. It was nice to have free parking just below our room. The grounds were well maintained. The beach was across the street from the hotel and was not owned by the hotel. We did not have time there due to our other activities. The shuttle bus to downtown Key west was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Noisy!!! Our room on the second floor basically overlooked the bar with nightly band playing. I had asked for a room near the elevator as my husband has mobility problems. The elevator closest to us was not working. We had an extremely long and stressful drive from Fort Lauderdale. I asked to be moved. The room on the fourth floor wasn't any better. Long walk from the elevator and then 10 steps down to the hallway leading to our room! The phone in the room did not work. The luggage rack in...
