The mist rising over the lake in the mornings was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, the hot tub and the quiet of the lake. I would highly recommend this accommodation. “We enjoyed our stay at the house on Hohman lake. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners are great to work with and very responsive! The hot tub developed a leak and they were there promptly to check it out and had fixed it quickly! We were there during the eclipse and they even provided eclipse glasses. The lake is a nice lake to kayak on. This was our second stay at one of their properties on the lake and look forward to coming back again!”

“There were 6 of us late 50's to early 70's. We there to attend the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah. We were surprised and a bit troubled the bedrooms were upstairs. The stairs are extremely steep and was difficult for us to go up and down. We did bring a cot along and was glad we did for our 6th person as the sofa bed did not appear to sleep 2 comfortably. Otherwise everything else was enjoyable.”

“Loved staying at this location! Easy walks to everything downtown. Right across the street from the Gold Rush Cafe! Awesome breakfast!! Other restaurants, shops, entertainment venues close by. We did venture out to the Purple Toad Winery and Red’s Donuts (must go early for best variety!) Yum! Also a short ride away is Metropolis, if you are a Superman fan! Paducah is a fun area to explore!”

“Really fun area and close to everything. You will enjoy the downtown and all of the friendly interesting people. The place is beautiful, trendy and fun. Be prepared for some outside noise and bustle but it's really part of the experience.”
